VENUE BUYOUT

Considering a full or partial venue buyout for your upcoming corporate offsite event?

We offer a buyout option for those wanting exclusivity for their next corporate offsite event. Our all-in hourly rates come packaged with 1 open desk area and 1 semi-private desk section, 1 meeting room for up to 7-8 people and 2 breakout rooms. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, dining bar and pocket lounge area with direct exclusive access to a rooftop patio with sweeping mountain and Strip views. A total of 2,000 SF of space available for rent at an incredible bundled price is open to food catering and outside deliveries.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy:

Please ensure that any changes to your booking are made well in advance. Desk reservations can be modified up to 48 hours ahead of reservation date, Day Office reservations can be modified up to 72 hours before the reservation time, Huddle Room/Boardroom reservations require at least 14 days' notice. Modifications to Classroom and Event Space reservations must be requested at least 30 days before the event date. Please note that changes or cancellations made beyond these time frames are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of payment. Any reservations cancelled within 24 hours before reservation time will be forfeited.


While refunds are not provided as an option, you have the flexibility to reschedule your booking up to the corresponding time frame prior to the scheduled time depending

on the category that was booked.


In the event of cancellations beyond the 24-hour window, you will receive a credit, which can be applied toward any future bookings within one year from the original booking date. This ensures you can still make the most of our services at a time that best suits your needs. Rescheduling for a canceled booking is permitted only once.   • What amenities does my meeting reservation come with?

    Day Offices: Access to amenities situated inside Ste 251 – kitchenette with light refreshments, dining bar/lounge, outdoor patio and 2F restrooms. 

    Huddle Room: Access to amenities situated inside Ste 251 – A/V equipment inside the Huddle Room, kitchenette with light refreshments, dining bar, lounge area, outdoor patio, and 2F restrooms.

    Boardroom: Access to amenities situated inside Ste 151 – A/V equipment inside the Boardroom, kitchenette with light refreshments, dining and lounge area, phone booth, and GF restrooms. Patio access can be granted upon request subject to availability.

    Classroom: Access to patio and 2F restrooms. Coffee service and refreshments available upon request

  • Is parking available for myself (the organizer) and my guests?

    Of course, on-site parking is available and free for all our eligible guests. Parking will be on our side of the building.

  • Can we rearrange the furniture inside the meeting rooms?

    The furniture inside the Huddle Room and the Boardroom are fixed. You may request to have the seating layout of the Classroom reconfigured to suit the purpose of the event and the expected number of attendees.

  • Can we bring outside food or have food delivered?

    Yes, outside food catering is permitted. If you need additional plates or cutlery, please feel free to request them from the Host, though availability may vary.

  • I have an event but need some time to set up prior to the reservation time. Can I come earlier?

    We generally allow guests to arrive 10-15 minutes before their confirmed reservation time. If you require additional time, please coordinate with a team member to arrange the necessary accommodations for your request.

  • How do I access the facility and the meeting room that I booked?

    If your confirmed reservation occurs during normal business hours, a team member will be available on site to welcome and assist you upon arrival. Otherwise, depending on the date and time of your reservation, a unique access code with detailed instructions will be provided for your convenience.
