Essential Day Desk (Single Pass)
Situated in our open desk area equipped with an ergonomic chair coupled with unlimited access to coffee and water. An add-on of a curated selection of light refreshments is available for purchase.
Premium Day Desk (Single Pass)
Comes with an ergonomic chair and a storage cabinet situated in a more private section of our coworking area and a desktop monitor with access to a complimentary selection of beverages and snacks.
Day Offices
Want a modern, sleek office space but don’t want to commit to a long-term lease? At Incubase Workspace, you can rent a contemporary office with ample room that is good for up to four people. Whether you need a semi-private space for a pow-wow or to buckle down on an important group project, we’ve got an office that’ll enable your productivity in whatever capacity you need it.
Huddle Room

Whether you’re hosting an important stakeholder meeting or a weekend seminar, Incubase Workspace has private meeting rooms to make any event a success. Our meeting rooms are modern and comfortable, and fully equipped with all the tech essentials you need for a robust, dynamic meeting experience.
Boardroom
With a 10-person capacity, our 200-square-foot conference room is designed for intimate meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative discussions. It provides a cozy yet professional environment, perfect for small teams or private consultations. Equipped with modern amenities, a comfortable layout and easy access to the kitchenette, it's the ideal space to foster creativity and productivity.
Classroom
(Good for up to 30 people)
Our 423-square-foot Classroom is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing for a reconfigurable seating layout tailored to your unique purposes or requirements. Whether you're hosting seminars, workshops, presentations, or training sessions, the space can be easily adjusted to accommodate different group sizes and interaction styles. Armed with A/V capabilities, our biggest meeting room offers the practicality and convenience of comfortable heavy-duty 2-seater tables, ensuring a productive and comfortable environment for all participants. This meeting space can accommodate up to 25 persons seated and 35 standing.

VENUE BUYOUT
Considering a full or partial venue buyout for your upcoming corporate offsite event?
We offer a buyout option for those wanting exclusivity for their next corporate offsite event. Our all-in hourly rates come packaged with 1 open desk area and 1 semi-private desk section, 1 meeting room for up to 7-8 people and 2 breakout rooms. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, dining bar and pocket lounge area with direct exclusive access to a rooftop patio with sweeping mountain and Strip views. A total of 2,000 SF of space available for rent at an incredible bundled price is open to food catering and outside deliveries.

When you need to take a mental break during your busy workday, our rooftop patio is the perfect oasis. You can unwind, soak up some sunshine, and even network with other like-minded members and guests who are just as passionate about their profession or line of work like you are.
Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
Please ensure that any changes to your booking are made well in advance. Desk and Day Office reservations can be modified up to 72 hours before the reservation time, Huddle Room/Boardroom reservations require at least 14 days' notice. Modifications to Classroom and Event Space reservations must be requested at least 30 days before the event date. Please note that changes or cancellations made beyond these time frames are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of payment.
While refunds are not provided as an option, you have the flexibility to reschedule your booking up to the corresponding time frame prior to the scheduled time depending on the type of meeting room that was booked. Alternatively, if you need to cancel, you will receive a credit, which can be applied toward any future bookings within one year from the original booking date. This ensures you can still make the most of our services at a time that best suits your needs.

What amenities does my meeting reservation come with?
Day Offices: Access to amenities situated inside Ste 251 – kitchenette with light refreshments, dining bar/lounge, outdoor patio and 2F restrooms.
Huddle Room: Access to amenities situated inside Ste 251 – A/V equipment inside the Huddle Room, kitchenette with light refreshments, dining bar, lounge area, outdoor patio, and 2F restrooms.
Boardroom: Access to amenities situated inside Ste 151 – A/V equipment inside the Boardroom, kitchenette with light refreshments, dining and lounge area, phone booth, and GF restrooms. Patio access can be granted upon request subject to availability.
Classroom: Access to patio and 2F restrooms. Coffee service and refreshments available upon request
Is parking available for myself (the organizer) and my guests?
Of course, on-site parking is available and free for all our eligible guests. Parking will be on our side of the building.
Can we rearrange the furniture inside the meeting rooms?
The furniture inside the Huddle Room and the Boardroom are fixed. You may request to have the seating layout of the Classroom reconfigured to suit the purpose of the event and the expected number of attendees.
Can we bring outside food or have food delivered?
Yes, outside food catering is permitted. If you need additional plates or cutlery, please feel free to request them from the Host, though availability may vary.
I have an event but need some time to set up prior to the reservation time. Can I come earlier?
We generally allow guests to arrive 10-15 minutes before their confirmed reservation time. If you require additional time, please coordinate with a team member to arrange the necessary accommodations for your request.
How do I access the facility and the meeting room that I booked?
If your confirmed reservation occurs during normal business hours, a team member will be available on site to welcome and assist you upon arrival. Otherwise, depending on the date and time of your reservation, a unique access code with detailed instructions will be provided for your convenience.
