Flex Office Pass

Offers you and up to 2 other team members the flexibility to work outside your home at your convenience and grants you access to a dedicated private office space for 8 days of your choice throughout a 30-day period. Accessible 7 days a week, 9am-5pm only.

  • What is the difference between an Essential Desk and a Premium Desk?

    An Essential Desk is a hot/open desk equipped with the essentials that you need for a productive work day – a spacious desk, a comfortable chair, Wi-Fi access and free coffee/water. On the other hand, a Premium Desk is a step-up from the basic desk, that lends more privacy, an assortment of light refreshments, a lockable storage cabinet for the day, and access to a desktop monitor.

  • Can I take phone or Zoom calls in the coworking/common area?

    Yes, you may take calls in the common area as long as you do not disturb others in the space. If you anticipate needing more privacy for extended calls or virtual meetings, we highly recommend reserving a Day Office for a more focused environment.

  • Do you offer flexible terms for membership?

    Yes, we offer flexible month-to-month plans with no long-term commitment. You may upgrade or downgrade with a 30-day notice. For Office Memberships, a 60-day written notice via email is required, while Desk and Virtual Memberships require 30 days’ notice. Please note that any cancellation requests submitted outside of the required notice period may not be accommodated and could result in a deduction from the security deposit.

  • What are the move-in requirements/costs for an Office Membership? Desk Membership?

    Office Memberships:

    - Copy of valid government issued ID

    - Nonrefundable activation fee of $150

    - Security deposit equal to two (2) months’ membership fees

    - 1 st month’s membership fee

    Desk Memberships:

    - Copy of valid government-issued ID

    - Nonrefundable activation fee of $50

    - Security deposit equal to one (1) month membership fee

    - 1 st month’s membership fee

  • What are the requirements for the Virtual Office plans?

    Completed and Notarized PS-1583 form

    - Copy of valid government-issued ID

    - Copy of valid proof of address

    - Signed virtual address agreement

    - Nonrefundable setup fee

    - First month’s membership fee

  • Can I book meeting rooms without a membership?

    Yes! Non-members can book meeting rooms for an hourly rate, based on availability. Members receive free reservation credits and discounted rates after credit usage, depending on their plan.

  • Do you offer virtual office services?

    Yes, our virtual office plan allows you to use our exclusive address as your business or professional mailing address with an option to avail of a PMB or your exclusive suite number. Mail collection is provided with an additional fee for monthly mail forwarding. There is an option to upgrade to a plan that includes a limited number of day passes each month.

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, we have ample on-site parking available with a covered section for members and guests, free of charge

  • Can I bring guests?

    Guests of registered members and eligible clients are welcome to attend meetings or events but must register their names in advance. For extended visits requiring additional seating in our coworking desk area, guests are encouraged to book a day pass.

  • Do you offer any referral programs?

    Members and brokers/agents alike can receive referral rewards. Check out our Referral Program details to learn more.

  • What support is available if I need assistance?

    A team member is always accessible via text, email or call anytime if further assistance is necessary.

  • How secure is the facility?

    CCTV surveillance cameras are installed across the interior and exterior of the building with 24/7 monitoring. Security is further reinforced with smart locks.
